HM 777 Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HM 777, operated at hm777.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and HM 777 ("the Platform"). By accessing any part of the HM 777 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the HM 777 platform. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register an account at HM 777, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account at HM 777.

HM 777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of account functionality including withdrawals.

Registration by individuals who are aware they do not meet the eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms. HM 777 will close such accounts and retain all deposited funds pending investigation, with any remainder returned through the original payment method where legally required.

03Account Responsibility

Your HM 777 account is personal to you. You are entirely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. You must:

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times.
• Not share account access with any other person, including family members.
• Not allow anyone else to use your account to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Immediately notify HM 777 if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure your registered contact details — especially your mobile number linked to Easypaisa or JazzCash — remain up to date.

Each player is limited to one account. Opening additional accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts, along with all associated accounts, will be permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits at HM 777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although very large deposits may trigger a manual review for security purposes.

Accepted deposit methods at HM 777 include:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

HM 777 does not accept third-party deposits. The name and ownership of the payment method you use to deposit must match the details on your HM 777 account. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to you will be refunded and may trigger an account review.

All deposits are credited to your HM 777 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. HM 777 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of Easypaisa, JazzCash or any other third-party payment processor.

05Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at HM 777 is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and matching your account details. HM 777 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method where this is technically possible.

Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within three to five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via IBFT are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or when identity verification is pending.

HM 777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet or bank may impose their own transaction charges, which are outside HM 777's control.

Before your first withdrawal, or upon reaching certain thresholds, HM 777 may require identity verification. You will be asked to provide a clear copy of your CNIC or passport. Failure to complete verification within 72 hours of the request will result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold.

Maximum single withdrawal amounts are:

• Standard account: Rs 1,00,000 per transaction
• VIP Silver and above: Rs 5,00,000 per transaction
• VIP Diamond: Negotiated directly with your account manager

06Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by HM 777 are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly before acceptance.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within this period are forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games such as Andar Bahar and Roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates are displayed in the bonus terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless an offer explicitly states it can be combined with another.
• Bonus abuse: HM 777 monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play. Any account found to be exploiting bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings removed.

HM 777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Offers are made in good faith and changes will be communicated with as much notice as practically possible.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or playing a game at HM 777, you accept the specific rules of that game or market in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's information panel.

General betting rules at HM 777 include:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be edited unless a specific cash-out feature is available for that market.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, HM 777's event-specific settlement rules apply. In most cases, stakes on postponed events are returned.
• HM 777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure or human mistake. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum payout limits per bet: Standard accounts Rs 5,00,000; VIP accounts up to Rs 20,00,000 per event. Parlay maximum payout is Rs 20,00,000.
• All slot and table game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators supplied by the original game studios. HM 777 does not modify game mathematics.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at HM 777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode that involves multiple participants.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other method to disguise your actual location or IP address.
• Opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting any personal information.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the HM 777 platform.
• Attempting to interfere with, hack or disrupt the HM 777 website or servers.

HM 777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required. Any attempt to use the platform for illegal purposes will be reported to the relevant authorities and all available remedies will be pursued.

09VIP Club Terms

The HM 777 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative real-money wagering over a rolling period. The specific wagering thresholds, cashback percentages and other tier benefits are set out on the VIP Club page and are subject to change.

Key VIP Club rules:

• Tier status is reviewed monthly. Players who do not maintain the minimum wagering activity for their tier may be demoted.
• Weekly cashback is credited every Monday as fully withdrawable cash with no additional wagering requirement, except where a specific promotional offer states otherwise.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
• HM 777 reserves the right to revoke VIP status and associated benefits from any account found in violation of these Terms.
• Diamond tier players are assigned a dedicated personal account manager. Contact details are provided upon reaching Diamond status.

10Responsible Gaming

11Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works based on any HM 777 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of HM 777 branding or content may constitute a violation of copyright and trademark law and will be pursued accordingly.

12Limitation of Liability

HM 777 provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates correctly and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and cannot be held liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures or events outside our control.
• Losses arising from delayed, incorrect or failed payment transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain account security, including password compromise.
• Decisions made by certified game RNGs — game outcomes are governed by mathematics and cannot be influenced by HM 777.

In no event will HM 777's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13Privacy & Data Protection

14Amendments to These Terms
